The Society of the Fifth Division Reunion for 2005 will be held at the Red Lion Inn On The River at Portland, Oregon. For reservations call 1-800-Red-Lion or 1-800-7333-5466. Reservations need to be in by no later than August 4th, 2005. If you want a river view room call soon as they will go first. Carl (Editor of The Red Diamond) is going to print a reunion registration sheet and a hotel reservation form in next issue. This is a very nice hotel... every one will like it. It is also on the Columbia river and is just minute from PDX. We will be going to Fort Vancouver and Officers Row Saturday. The transportation will be by Model T. I have booked them already and they will hold them for us. I think we will also go to the new Vietnam Memorial at the VA. I have the VVA and the Legion helping with what ever I may need... [Webmaster note... Mike has changed hotels due to projected increased attendance. Also there have been hotel name changes at the "new" (bigger) hotel and the telephone number has also changed several times. Please check this page periodically as I will keep it current for Mike should there be other changes. Also of note the hotel ownership is in transition, the new owners will honor reservations but their reservation staff may not have the Society of the Fifth Division reunion dates and details. 4/1/05 - New change in hotel name and telephone number. 7/5/05 changed home address and added home and cell numbers]
